Wedding Bells Ring for Ryan and Amanda

After so much creating and planning, the day had finally arrived, albeit overcast with a threatening cloudiness. Ryan and Amanda were not in the least bit concerned as they knew that whatever the day brought, God was in control!

And two hearts were to become one.

Making the final adjustments in the camp dormitory.

Her daddy escorted her down the aisle in a lantern adorned path through a very light mist. It was simply beautiful!

The crowd was slightly chilly, but enthusiastic and well-wishing for the new couple. And waiting patiently to witness that first kiss!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all who worked so hard serving others. You truly poured out the love of God in giving of yourselves diligently. May God bless you!

Jesus said, "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two but one." Matthew 19:5-6

Ryan designed this extraordinary wedding cake. Symbolically, the foundation of it all was the Bible, with two layers representing each household, and the top layer representing the union of the couple. He, Mark, and Trey created the rustic style stands, while Rachel and Rhonda used their decorating skills in crafting the cakes. Ryan himself formed the houses representing the homes from which each came, while Amanda was kept in suspense until the big day!

Most of the wedding party.

Ryan's dad, Bill performed the ceremony.

A fond farewell in the General Lee.
