St. Patrick's Day found us sewing and sewing some more under Mom's oversight. Each of the bridesmaids worked diligently on their own gowns for Amanda's wedding.

While the Jamie, Rachel, and Clair worked on satin brocade skirts, Amanda sewed on the black velvet tops.

Our old fashioned kitchen was transformed into a sewing shop and continued that way all day!

From sewing on the closures, to hemming the skirts, the fun continued until late in the evening.
