Ryan is re-enacting a Civil War colonel in "Christmas with the Lincoln's" this year and Amanda is working on creating his period costume for the event. She wanted to have the entire costume completed by his birthday, but alas, time didn't permit. The hat was a purchased
acquisition to complete the attire. The Dobro (or resonator guitar) helps Ryan to make beautiful music together with the rest of the McDaniel Family. He is rapidly gaining skill on his new instrument.
